Breath Freely

Yoga is the practise of yoking together the breath, body and mind.

It is more than simply Asanas (postures) and exercise. It is awareness of how the physical, mental and emotional levels operate in unison.

It is very important in ‘getting to know’ what the ‘breath’ can do for you and a way of introducing what feeling ‘deep’ relaxation’ is like.

Yoga is deeply personal and you can take what you need from it.

It is an ancient science that assists our awareness in many aspects of our overall well-being. It riginated from Ancient India and dates back thousands of years before Christ.
