Breathe with Me

This workshop is designed and presented by Deb Barber. It is a reintroduction to the workings and effects of controlling the life of the breath. The Breathe with Me workshop reminds us how breathing habits play an important role in our life. It helps us discover how breath reflects our mood or can induce it. Practical exercises are used that show the difference awareness of the breath makes and you will learn what the difference feels like. The whole body will be fed and rejuvenated including the nervous and digestive systems as well as the brain, muscles, organs & glands. You will know what the full breath is and what it feels like. We can help our body perform better and learn how the breath, movement and thoughts synchronise. Breath is the horse and the mind is the rider is an ancient yogic quote. The breath is the connection needed for both body and mind control. It is taken for granted and many people do not consciously think about doing breathing. Hence, the breath becomes random but if we learn what it does we may experience many great benefits.
