When you learn Reiki you can assist yourself and others. Doing this by way of the art and science of channeling universal energy (life force) which exists in all things creates a particular pattern to heal and harmonize the mind, body and soul.

Anyone can partake in my Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 classes. Reiki Level 1 is where you will learn the history of Reiki, how it is practiced and what this encompasses. Reiki is about becoming open to energy flow and using it on oneself. Reiki Level 1 needs to be practiced before Reiki Level 2 is attained.

As a qualified Yoga teacher, I will also be passing on additional knowledge and practical learning about the breath, relaxation, visualisation, chakras and energy at an introductory level.

Each lesson will be informative and practical and you will have the opportunity to practice Reiki on others during the class.

I also have a special interest in teaching Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 to carers, staff and volunteers who care for children, teenagers or adults with autism, Asperger's, ADHA or ADD. I have worked in these industries and feel it would be of benefit to all concerned.

Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 will be available for groups of 4 to 6 people. If you would like to be initiated into Reiki please email or text me and we can discuss the details.

Each Reiki level costs $250.00. Level 2 will be accessible 4 weeks after the completion of Level 1.
