Reiki is a Japanese energy based therapy that promotes healing and well being. A Reiki trained practitioner uses their hands to transmit energy to the receiver.

 

When you learn Reiki you can assist yourself and others. Doing this by way of the art and science of channeling universal energy (life force) which exists in all things  creates a particular pattern to heal and harmonize the mind, body  and soul. Reiki is about becoming open to energy flow  and using it on oneself.

Anyone can partake in my Reiki Level 1 and 2  classes. Reiki Level 1 is where you will learn about the history of Reiki, how it is practiced and what this encompasses. Reiki 1 needs to be practiced before Reiki 2 is attained. Reiki 2 is when you may practice on friends and family (as well as oneself). It also introduces distance healing. Each lesson will be informative and practical and you will get the chance to practice Reiki with others on the day.

I also have a special interest in teaching Reiki Level 1  and 2 to carers, staff  and volunteers who care for children, teenagers or adults with Autism, Asperger's. ADHD  or ADD. I have worked in these industries and feel It would be of benefit to all concerned.

Reiki 1 and 2 will be available for groups of 4-6 people. If you would like to be initiated into Reiki please email or text me and we can then discuss the details .

Each level costs is $150.00 and Level 2 will be accessible  4 weeks after the completion of Level 1 .
